Is this an ok workout routine for muscle/weight GAIN?

Hi, im 15 years old and i hav been keeping up with the following workout routine for the past month or so. I would like your opinion on whether its good and i should keep with it. Monday - Bench press 3 sets (sometimes 4) of 8-12 depending on when i add weights -military press - 3 sets of 8-12 -Bicep curls 3 sets of 12-14 -french press 3 sets of 10 -wrist curls 3 sets of 10-12 Tuesday - 2 leg excerises, both 3 sets of 12 Wednesday - same as monday Thursday - same as tuesday Friday - break. Saturday - same as monday Sunday - same as tuesday I also drink Whey protein shakes (i bought the powder and i mix it with water) after every workout. So is this a good workout routine? What should i change/add? Im looking to gain muscle/weight, not lose that. BTW, all i have at home is a weight bench machine. it looks very similar to this http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/spo/426188362.html I only have a barbell with 90 pounds.. no dumbells ohh and the protein shake im drinking is Whey protein insolute or something like that is that ok for a 15 year old?

  1. It is good it might be too much though. www.intense-workout.com This site has everything you need to know.
  2. If you want to grow, focus on one muscle group per day. That way you hit each group once per week. You also need to do more per muscle group as well. You can find tons of workout plans if you just search bodybuilding websites. Also, eat a ton. And when i say a ton, i mean everything you can get your hands on. 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound you weigh. Try to pack in around 3,000 + calories per day. That should get you started.
