It is a CLEAR violation of the Craigslist terms & conditions.

1. Flagging a post because it is "bugging" you is not a reason to flag. As long as this post follows the terns and conditions of the website, there should be no reason to remove or flag the posting. Im not sure how it can "bug" you, the listings are located in the correct category, and seem to be service related. The only thing I can recommend you is not to search for "http://JustDigitalSmartBooks.com" and you wont see there posts.
