Where are the best places to advertise the sale of your commercial building??

I have a large commercial building in a small but active mountain town known for it's arts and antiques. Outside of using a real estate broker, having a For Sale sign on the window, and using Craigslist....what are other ways to get the word out about your building being for sale? One man recommended the Wall Street Journal, and another the newspaper in Sacramento (The building is in the Southwest states, not California). Know of any tried and true ideas? Loop.net is a website that only realtors can post on. I am looking for ideas of places and ways to advertise my building that I can do.

  1. www.loopnet.com It's the Realtor.com equivalent for commercial property.
  2. ebay , owner.com & forsalebyowner.com may have a commercial section. Your local newspaper is probably your best bet for commercial buyers to seek you out. other than loopnet, there is also propertyline.com i'm not sure if that site is also only for RE agents. Depending on how much $$ you have to advertise, try The Wall Street Journal or L.A.Times stick with your areas largest newspaper. if you're in California or Nevada I can help for free
