Is this GMC Denali worth $150, retail is $450, unsure of this Wal-Mart bike is worth the money (1 year old)?

1. Do you really think that GM makes the bike? It's strictly department store quallity, with no-name components and a one-size-fits-all frame. BTW, Target sells it new for less than $200.
