1. It's a code you copy and paste into the little box where you type the information. Like for on my space. If you want to find them just type in graphic codes on google.
2. He is using an animated GIF. Here is a tutorial on how to make them. http://members.aol.com/royalef/gifmake.htm
3. Its just a picture that he copied and pasted. You can actually take it right from his ad (copy it) and then go to your ad and paste it right in your description.
