How do you use paintball hand gernades?

1. i don't know about mines like that, but grenades and mines are usually legal, i've never been to a place that wont let you use them. They probably wouldn't let you use them in speedball though. To work a grenade, you pull the little pin in the top and throw it hard to where the target is, some you might have to take off the cap though, mine you don't. make sure you throw it moderately hard or the paint wont deploy and you just gave a working grenade to the opposing force.
