What is the average rate for a full time, professional mobile disc jockey for weddings?

1. It all depends on where you are but some can charge anywhere from 450 to 700 dollars and some have a discount if you want 3-4 hours. You can check around where you are and see the prices
2. I called last week, I was told for 4 hrs. $495.....this was with a new D.J. that had only worked a couple of weddings. To get a more experienced guy who did the whole bouquet toss and garter toss themes, it would be around $575.
3. It depends on the area you are in. They can run from $400 to $1,000 in some places. If you do enough of them and are good at it, I think you can make a decent living.
