Safest place to live in Luzon Region?

Im aware theyre other regions that are much safer to live, but I would like to relocate and find a house some place in the luzon region. Could anyone list maybe the top 3 places to live starting with the safest? What I am looking for: (Kind of picky but I know I wont find all of it, but would there be place where I have a good chance of finding?) 1. 3+ bedrooms (2-story) 2. modern/american style bedrooms 3. I would like carpeted, but havent seen many of these online, but I guess I could put in my own carpeting. (so this one doesnt really matter) 4.Within $1000 usd range per month. 5. Jacuzi or pool would be nice. 6. secluded from other houses (by landscape not so much secluded as in house in the middle of no where =p) and with a gate (or option to build a gate entrance) Again I know the (What I am looking for:) part may be hard to find, but I am more concerned for where I can live safely without very much fear of my safety, property, and belongings. Ive done a lot of searching online (countless hours) trying to find a house like this to rent, but come up very short on options, and I tend to think a lot of it is overpriced than If I were there in PH in person looking for a place to rent. Anyone know the best ways to go about looking for a place when I get to manila? I cant seem to find much classifieds on the internet. I tend to come up with a lot of condominium, hotel, vacation rental sort of stuff. I would like to find out some good ways to find property to rent while actually being there. Thanks in advance for anyone who has some good advice. 1. Muntinlupa city Looks like a great place to live thanks PEP. Anymore places? Does anyone know a good website with lots of Muntinlupa properties i can rent from? Preferably one that isnt a rip off. Or the best way to look for a house to rent there?

2. anywhere in Luzon, I would say is safe. Try looking in Tagaytay
3. Sucat or Bicutan. You can also try looking at Quezon City subdivisions near Don Antonio or Fairview. With your budget you can actually rent a nice condo in Makati, the central business disctrict Manila.
4. -alabang in muntinlupa... thats the only place in muntinlupa i like (i live near muntinlupa) -subdivision/villages in pacita san pedro,laguna -bf homes in paranaque -dasmarinas village in makati -valle verde in pasig i think.. although i dont know if there are houses for rent there...... -marikina
5. google country homes of camp john hay and green valley residential homes. both are located in the summer capital of the philippines, baguio city.
6. you can live peacefully and hassle free any where in the Philippines if you are a good man.
7. Carpeting is rare in the Philippines because of the humid heat which causes mold to grow beneath the carpets. With $1000, I don't think you could get a really nice and safe place. The places that are safe are Makati Villages and Ayala Alabang Village, they go upwards of $2500 dollars. They are really nice houses too. So if you can up your budget by more than another thousand, you would find a really nice and safe place!
8. EVERYTHING you want can be found in the SUBIC area cheaper than a thousand maybe about 5-600 a month
